Fixing "SSL/TLS support is disabled" Warning in Plesk

This article will take you through the steps of fixing "Warning: SSL/TLS support is disabled for" when trying to issue a Free Let's Encrypt Certificate via your Plesk Panel. You may also experience this warning when trying to upload an SSL certificate via the Plesk Panel.


  1. From Websites & Domains click "Hosting Settings"
  2. Scroll down to Security and find "SSL/TLS Support" and ensure the box to the left is ticked.
  3. Scroll down and click OK
  4. You can now issue a Free Let's Encrypt Certificate!
